Can we plan by role (bar / door / security)?
Yes. Each shift slot has a role label, and the team view can be filtered by role. Payroll exports keep role info too, so you can pay different rates per role.
How fast can we onboard a casual hire?
Send an invite link — they open it on their phone, set a password, and they're in. They can start clocking in the same shift. The whole onboarding takes under a minute.
How are hours tracked for shifts ending at 6 a.m.?
A shift can span midnight (e.g. 22:00–06:00). Total hours are counted on the start date, and the ArbZG 11-hour rest period applies to the next planned shift automatically.
